InLine Engineering, Inc. has worked on numerous custom homes in the San Francisco Bay Area. We have designed new homes for homeowners, architects and contractors. InLine has also provided plans and calculations for numerous additions and retrofit projects for custom buildings.
We have been part of design teams on multi-million dollar homes. InLine has also been involved in much smaller repair or remodel projects on single family buildings.
During the design phase, we work closely with the owner, contractor and the architect. Our understanding of the architectural drawings, contractor’s needs and clients’ expectations allows us to meet today’s high design standards.
Our knowledge of present codes and building requirements, and presentation of construction documents gives the most demanding owner confidence when hiring InLine.

In addition to the design and construction administration, we also offer Field Inspections. InLine provides various levels of construction review.
