Ms. Vesna Obradovic has developed structural plans and calculations for thousands of homes built in the San Francisco Bay Area in the past 20 years. She has specialized in high-end custom homes, residential developments, and multi-use projects. Ms. Obradovic is known for her exceptional understanding of important architectural aspects of any demanding project. During the construction, she administers the projects by means of site inspections, shop drawing reviews, and changes per owner’s revisions.
After Loma Prieta earthquake, Ms. Obradovic has reviewed numerous structures, prepared reports and repair documents for damaged homes. After Northridge earthquake, she was part of the Disaster Emergency Services team that was sent to the damaged area.
