InLine offers various levels of field inspections and construction reviews. For small projects, periodic on-site inspections may be requested by the client. This provides an additional level of comfort to the client to verify that the construction phase of the project reflects the overall scope of design. For quality control and risk management reasons, InLine offers complete structural inspections. This level of inspection will insure general or substantial compliance with the construction documents.
Attached is a sample of InLine’s “Field Inspection Procedures and Checklists” used for residential development projects that require complete structural inspections. Our comprehensive inspection procedures and checklists have been successfully used on many projects.
